Rasheeda Gray, CEO & Principal Designer

Rasheeda Gray is the Founder and Principal Designer of Gray Space Interiors, an award-winning Philadelphia-based design studio known for refined, globally inspired interiors that balance beauty and function. Since launching in 2016, her firm has completed over 250 residential and boutique commercial projects nationwide, earning recognition as a “House Beautiful's Next Wave Designer" and features in Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, CNN, The Robb Report, Better Homes & Gardens, Philadelphia Magazine and more. A marketing and brand strategist turned designer, Rasheeda holds a Bachelor’s in Marketing & International Business, an MBA, and a design certification from Temple University—expertise that fuels her client-focused, business oriented approach to design.

Rasheeda has become a familiar face on national television, with appearances spanning over eight years on networks including HGTV, Magnolia Network, A&E, and Fox. Most recently, she and her husband Jake filmed an entire season of HGTV’s Renovation Resort, released in Summer, 2025. She was also named a High Point Market Style Spotter for 2025, bringing her keen eye for design trends and her passion for sharing insights to the industry’s largest stage. On her Instagram, @grayspaceinteriors, she offers behind-the-scenes looks at her design process, market highlights, and a mix of timeless interiors and trend-forward inspiration.

Beyond her design and media work, Rasheeda has cultivated impactful partnerships with leading brands including Regina Andrew, Fabuwood, Daltile, Home Depot, Sherwin Williams, the Shade Store, Fabricut and Lee Industries, where she brings her refined design perspective to national campaigns and activations. Her work has also been featured in prestigious industry platforms such as House Beautiful’s Whole Home Showhouse and New York’s celebrated Design on a Dime benefit, where she has participated for multiple years. Through these collaborations and showcases, Rasheeda continues to amplify her voice in the design industry—blending creativity, business strategy, and cultural influence while inspiring both clients and peers alike.

Jake Gray, Construction Project Manager (CEO of Gray Contracting & Construction)

Jake Gray is the Founder of Gray Contracting & Construction (GCC), the preferred construction partner for Gray Space Interiors. With over a decade of experience managing real estate construction projects, he officially launched GCC in 2020, establishing it as a fully licensed and insured firm known for its exceptional craftsmanship and efficient execution.

Today, GCC leads over 90% of Gray Space Interiors' renovation projects, ensuring a seamless, stress-free experience for clients. From structural work to fine finishes, Jake and his team meticulously handle every aspect of the construction process, delivering high-quality results that bring design visions to life. Jakeis a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. and serves as a leader in his community through organizations such as The Cheltenham Economic Development Committee. He holds a Bachelor’s in Marketing and a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) and prior to GCC holds over 15 years of entreprenuerial experience resulting in expertise in both business and construction. He and his wife Rasheeda not only manage design projects together but have starred in HGTV’s Reovation Resort.

Megan Carvin, Operations

Megan joined the design industry in 2017 and became a vital part of the Gray Space Interiors team in 2022. As our Operations Specialist, she expertly manages the logistics of procurement and project management, ensuring a seamless process for our clients. Whether it’s coordinating furniture deliveries, tracking materials, or answering client inquiries, Megan’s creative problem-solving and energetic personality keep everything running smoothly.

When she’s not ensuring flawless execution at Gray Space, Megan enjoys quality time with her husband, Jordan, and their two daughters, Charleigh and Brooklynn.

Dorinda Walker, Designer

Dorinda brings a fresh perspective and a keen eye for detail to the Gray Space Interiors team. With a background in luxury residential design and a creative foundation rooted in dance and the arts, she supports the design process from concept development to final installation. Her passion for creating personalized, functional spaces ensures that each project reflects the unique lifestyle of our clients. As a Designer, Dorinda assists with design, sourcing materials, preparing presentations, and contributing to the seamless execution of our design projects.
