Rasheeda Gray, CEO & Principal Designer

Rasheeda Gray is the Founder and Principal Designer of Gray Space Interiors, where she blends strategic business expertise with creative innovation. Recently named a House Beautiful Next Wave Designer, a High Point Furniture Market Style Spotter, and one of Philadelphia’s Most Influential Under 40, Rasheeda has cemented her reputation as a leader in the design industry.

Her journey into design followed a decade-long career as a Marketing Executive in the insurance and financial services industries, giving her a unique perspective on business strategy, project management and client experience. She holds a Bachelor’s in Marketing and International Business, an MBA, and a design certification from Temple University—a powerful combination that fuels her ability to craft both stunning interiors and successful business strategies.

Beyond design, Rasheeda is deeply committed to mentorship and community impact. She has guided design students from Drexel University, the New York School of Interior Design, and Temple University, while also speaking at career events across Philadelphia. Her generosity extends to local schools, where she has donated design services to transform teachers’ lounges in partnership with PTOs.

Jake Gray, Construction Project Manager (CEO of Gray Contracting & Construction)

Jake Gray is the Founder of Gray Contracting & Construction (GCC), the preferred construction partner for Gray Space Interiors. With over a decade of experience managing real estate construction projects, he officially launched GCC in 2020, establishing it as a fully licensed and insured firm known for its exceptional craftsmanship and efficient execution.

Today, GCC leads over 85% of Gray Space Interiors' renovation projects, ensuring a seamless, stress-free experience for clients. From structural work to fine finishes, Jake and his team meticulously handle every aspect of the construction process, delivering high-quality results that bring design visions to life. Jakeis a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. and serves as a leader in his community through organizations such as The Cheltenham Economic Development Committee. He holds a Bachelor’s in Marketing and a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) and prior to GCC holds over 15 years of entreprenuerial experience resulting in expertise in both business and construction.

Megan Carvin, Operations

Megan joined the design industry in 2017 and became a vital part of the Gray Space Interiors team in 2022. As our Operations Specialist, she expertly manages the logistics of procurement and project management, ensuring a seamless process for our clients. Whether it’s coordinating furniture deliveries, tracking materials, or answering client inquiries, Megan’s creative problem-solving and energetic personality keep everything running smoothly.

When she’s not ensuring flawless execution at Gray Space, Megan enjoys quality time with her husband, Jordan, and their two daughters, Charleigh and Brooklynn.

Felicia Firebrace, Designer

Felicia Firebrace brings a wealth of expertise to Gray Space Interiors, with a degree in Business Management from Howard University and a Master of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the New York School of Interior Design. As a Designer at Gray Space, Felicia is the creative force behind many of our design projects, specializing in 3D renderings and CAD drawings. Her technical skills and keen eye for detail help transform our clients' visions into stunning realities.
